In general sexual harassment in any work place costs a hostile working environment for all who are involved and if not put in check can lead to even further serious consequences such as sexual assault.
In an institution where there are a high stress level due to the fact that we are all training for a possible combative situation there is no room for the insensitive behavior towards your fellow service members. The service member’s moral is the most important thing whether they are serving stateside or abroad for if they do not have a solid moral they will not be able to perform their duties to the highest level which is imperative for all.
Raise awareness of the possible sexual harassment that can cause damage to our service members when these types of jokes are used in the common work place.
It's time to move forward and reclaim our Honor in service by being the leader you all signed up to be. End the Rape Jokes, you may end up saving a person's life when you stand up for what is right whether it be that service member or your own.
