We are a veteran founded non-profit organization with an ongoing mission to Honor, Empower and Motivate our nation’s Military Sexual Trauma Survivors. Our program initiatives direct focus to those who experienced harassment, sexual harassment and rape. Fatigues Clothesline motivates MST Survivors to face the challenges they face through the work of Art. The blouse being turned inside out symbolizes our pain. The pain we had to hide in order to serve with honor, courage and commitment while wearing our uniform. When you see the art work bleed through that is a sign the Post Traumatic Stress Disorder due to MST is seeping through.
Fatigues Clothesline gives our MST survivors the opportunity to be heard discreetly by expressing themselves in the form of art. They are able to write, draw, paint and cute up the blouse in order to express what they have gone through.
