Fatigues Clothesline - Dear MST Survivor - Austin, TX
Fatigues Clothesline - Offering MST survivors a chance to be heard discreetly...

Dear MST Survivor,
The health and wellbeing of you and your family is Fatigues Clothesline's number one concerns. Please take all precautions before starting on your project, what Fatigues Clothesline mean by taking all precautions, know your triggers. If you decided to do this at home, I suggest soft nature type music play in the background while you do your project (nothing with words). Have a cup of your favorite drink such as tea, hot chocolate, or coffee at your side.

Have some of your friends on speed dial or if you have a dog go for a walk with him/her when you feel triggered. Before you start and you do decided to go for a walk with your dog, have two bottles of water ready (one for you and one for your dog) and the leash so you can get out of there.

Please talk about your participation with Fatigues Clothesline with your counselor so he/she will be aware of what you are doing. You may want to ask if you could do it with them. If they have any questions, please direct them to my site: www.fatiguesclothesline.com

Here are a couple of songs that helped me get through my project:
